Reggie, the store Manager in Madison, FL, provided the best customer service I have ever received. He went out of his way to help me out in a time crunch. The store did not have the part that I needed, the soonest they could have it was the following morning. The closest store that had it was in Valdosta, GA and he sent an employee down to the Madison FL store to deliver it to be within 2 hours. My car was fixed in less than 3 hours and he saved my trip. HUGE THANK YOU!

Excellent experience, they are very kind and helpful.
During a very strong storm, our windshield wipers came apart. Advance had the new wipers we needed and installed them for us. Christian gets five stars for his quality service.
