My cars tire tread was shredded on the interstate and the good people at Madison auto repair were the most professional, courteous, and hospitable people I could have ever asked for help. They were able to send a tow truck driven by a very kind man named Archie to my location and were able to get me back on the road in less than 2 hours. Breaking down on the highway is a nightmare but if I ever get into that unfortunate circumstance again I hope to be near Madison. The prices were more than fair for the amount of labor and effort put into fixing my truck. Everyone was so kind and the definition of good people. If you are in the area and need anything I would go to them solely for there honestly and efficiency.

My transmission and engine light came on and sent me into a mild panic. I found myself going here and so glad I did! They were friendly, kind and efficient. They were comforting as well despite me feeling like I just came in like a flurry and so understanding. They were able to immediately check what was going on and reassure me of my travels. (It was just triggered by my atmospheric meter stopping and explained how that is affecting my car and why the lights came on.) I am so grateful as they didn't dismiss my concerns or lack of knowledge but instead gave me their best care and attitude! Recommend to all!

Our car broke down Thanksgiving Eve. The guys at Madison stayed on to wait for us to arrive so they could take a look. Rick diagnosed the problem in minutes, the part arrived shortly after, and we were on our way in less than an hour. The price was 100% fair. This place and people have character and they saved us.
