Normally have good experiences with this store, but had my first bad experience over the phone with a female associate earlier today. I had called about returning a part (ABS speed sensor) for my 2013 VW Passat. When I ordered the part online, I didn't recall seeing it specify the location (front vs rear) so I ordered the part and upon removing the previous part realized it wouldn't fit. I was certain that the website didn't make a distinction between the front and the rear ABS sensor, so I called to see if I would be eligible for a refund based on my understanding of the problem and thinking the website had failed to state the location. The woman I spoke to wrote me off from the start, and at the risk of wasting her time and mine, I figured I would check online to be sure before I called

Extremely rude lady running the place. If putting on one windshield wiper is so much of an inconvenience when the place is completely empty maybe you should not be working a job with customer service.

I was greeted and helped by Calvin to purchase and install my battery on this insanely cold day. His kindness and promptness was truly appreciated.

I often feel one person is running everything alone, and I've even had to install my own battery because they couldn't leave the store even though i was parked at the door because of that (in 2022) the staff are fine but managment/corporate needs to hire more people per shift

I used the Advanced Auto app purchase a five gallon bucket of oil to be picked up at the North George Street location. A week later after stopping three times they still didn't have the order.. They said it wasn't their problem I had to call customer service. More than a week later i still don't have my oil but there's still a 77 dollar hold on my account and it's not their problem because I have to call customer service. Customer service is only open 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday enjoy the hold time. I'm getting tired of people always passing the buck I'm standing at the counter at the store three times and they can't do anything about it because someone else did it just wrong.
