Thornton Chevrolet Service

I had the worst experience at the service center there. I was supposed to have received transmission diagnostics and brought my original TCM to them to use. I got instead of my codes for the trucks components read, just the TCM that another mechanic reset without reading any errors. The original TCM remained setting on the floor of the truck not used. I had a woman service writer that was very detailed in notes take my order and from there the service salesman that sets in the middle took her order and decided to only reset the TCM that another mechanic had put in. He did not use the TCM on the floor being the original or mainly check codes before erasing them. I got the call from this service salesman on Friday three hours after leaving my truck there, and he said that he didn’t

We bought a used Chevy from a different dealer and I heard something coming from the heater. We brought it in for peace of mind and we were super happy to have Matt look at the vehicle for us. He obviously knew his Chevy’s and was very kind and patient throughout the whole process. Based on how he treated us, I wish we had gone here to buy our car and we’ll definitely keep this in the mind for the future. Thanks, Matt! :)

Got my inspection here today. Was treated very well, awesome customer service. Great facility and waiting room. Reasonable price and time it took to complete my inspection.

I’ve updated my review on the sales side and unfortunately need to update this too. The employees are nice and fixed our cars but I felt like there was some shadiness with the warranties. At first the repairs weren’t covered but after we questioned why then all of a sudden they were..?? Ultimately the repairs were made and covered but I’m wondering what would have happened if we didn’t press the issue.

Always a pleasure dealing with the Thornton Service Team. In and out quickly, problem fixed right the first time. Excellent all around service from am the entire Thornton Chevrolet team.
