Just informing every customer if a team member ask for your phone number when you do a purchase if you do not provide the phone number of the company terminate good people if you don’t buy a can of brake clean with your brake pads, the company terminates good people, even though your mechanic may have some brake cleaner already, but that gets employees a terminated at Advance auto parts if I was you, I would go to AutoZone in O’Reillys to try to help protect peoples jobs

21MAY25 ~ I went there, picked up an online order, and was out of there in under 5 minutes. I was picking up vehicle repair equipment for my son, who lives on the other side of the river. This Advanced Auto Parts was the only Advanced Auto Parts store in the area that had the items on stock. The employee behind the counter, I do not know his name, was polite & professional, quickly confirmed that I was the correct person and that I was given the correct items. Thank you!

I wish rating 0 stars was an option. Went to make a return for $218 with a receipt and was told I couldn't return the item. They apparently don't take returns on anything with electronic/electrical part which is just about anything you would purchase here. I will never shop at Advanced Auto again. This was written nowhere on the receipt nor was I told when I purchased the item. FYI was purchased 2days prior and not used. Thanks for the auto-generated reply. It might help if you told people how to contact customer care if one does in fact exist.
