Omg this guy Tim who works at place was awesome today at -16 degrees outside he changed out both my auxiliary and main batteries on my jeep and was nice about it didn't complain or anything about the cold just asked me to pull my car out of the wind then got to work

I just had Logan install a new battery in my vehicle. He was very helpful in diagnosing and giving me options. Very courteous and pleasant to work with. The entire staff had great attitudes. Highly recommend this location 1737 North Central Ave.

My experience at this location advanced auto parts, across from O Riley was the very worst. The manager was so rude to the employees as well as not willing to help the client out, me. A younger employee helped me answer my questions and referred me to a different location, he just wanted to be helpful and save me from his manager. I am not going into details on the reason for my visit, since the employee was already fearful for taking the time to help me, and was going to get yelled at for taking longer than expected, since they were short staff, which was him and the manager at the time. However, it was only me at the time as the client in the store.
