I had an issue with my back lights on my truck and wasn't sure what was the problem. the manager Nick at Advance Auto parts was incredibly helpful and he took the time to listen give me clear advice and help me find exactly what I needed thanks to his knowledge and customer service I was able to fix the problem quickly. Great experience.

Needed some freon to recharge my cars ac. Walked right up to the counter, provided my information, paid, and was on my way. Relatively quick stop.

Stopped in to get lift gate arms for my Ford escape. It was very easy to find what I was looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.

I went to the Advanced Auto Parts in Mason and found all I was looking for and more. Joe Vansplitern is one of the most helpful employees I have encountered at an auto parts store. He aided me in finding the most cost effective solutions to my problems, which included searching for new windshield wipers, bulbs for my headlights, injector cleaner and brake lights. He also suggested the ACP plan which I very much appreciated and took advantage of. I had to ask his name so I could include it in this review. An outstanding employee who goes above and beyond, also a talented mechanic. Thank you again, Joe.
