Customer Reviews
Very poor customer service, walked in the three associates were in the store at the counter. I was looking for coolant and the only customer in the store, no greeting, nothing. After 4 mins of looking, I just left. This store is ran poorly and/or only cares about certain customers. I’m not sure, overall bad experience.
Great service, super nice guys.... Purchased 2 industrial batteries they ordered for me and received them.in 24 hrs. Much appreciated
I had an issue with my car cover and drove to the McKinney location, because the Plano location is closed. I spoke with GM Ken and told him the issues. I was frustrated because I had drove to closed location. He truly calmed me down and just went to work looking for a solution. Thanks so much for the help.

I give it a one star because this is the second time they saying don’t have the parts since a newer vehicle but o go to other auto parts store they have it. It a 2024 truck make no sense
