I recently called this Advance Auto to ask about a battery, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The woman who answered the phone gave short, dry responses and had a dull, unwelcoming tone. The call wasn’t helpful at all. When I told her I would be heading there soon, she simply said “ok” with an attitude and hung up. I had every intention of purchasing from this store, but that interaction completely changed my mind. It came across as though she didn’t care about her job or about helping customers. Everyone can have a bad day, but that shouldn’t be taken out on potential paying customers. Because of this experience, I chose to take my business next door instead, where the customer service was everything someone could ask for.

I spend 25 min there waiting no one ask me of i needed something .they have lady at the register that was no help at all .I was lookong to see if I need a new battery or a battery power start decide she could help me and there was no one else to help ...horrible small town bussines bad costumer service. I walk next door to auto zone walk out in 10min with a perfect awnser and plan

Deleted the old review ans they have a new manager. When u ask for a 3M Butyl automotive tape..he gives u unneeded advice of taking the car to next door mechanic. I think they pay his bills..as I can't buy what I need to do it myself. Great.

My car was sluggish starting, I brought it to the Mebane store to get my battery and alternator tested. Josiah tested and found the battery to be bad. He changed out the battery for me, took a bit of time to get the old one out and replace it. It was 91 degrees outside and regardless of the heat, he had a great attitude, was polite and very accommodating. It was a great experience, Thanks Josiah!
