Purchased an item and attempted to return it three weeks later. The box was unopened and in perfect condition. Despite this, the store refused the return because I didn’t have the receipt and claimed they were unable to look up the purchase using the card that was used. The result? I’m now stuck with a $200 part I cannot use, through no fault of my own. This is an incredibly frustrating and outdated return policy, especially for a large retailer that should be able to verify purchases electronically. Very disappointed with the customer service and lack of flexibility. I won’t be shopping here again.

Walked in today to grab something and the store reeked of an awful unclean odor. The staff did not greet me or ask me if I needed help. I would say that the last few visits I’ve had here over the last 6 months pretty much go with the theme of unfriendly staff and low level service.

The 2 workers, Andrew and RJ are kinda sexy. They have this rugged man vibe that riles me up inside. I will purchase anything from there if they are working that day

I had to come here and leave a positive review! Mike is absolutely amazing! Not only is he polite and considerate, he is very knowledgeable! He went the extra mile and came outside to help me install wiper blades, without making me feel like I was imposing, like other employees have done. Thank you, Mike, for being such a nice, respectful man!! Kudos Advance for hiring this guy!

I just stopped in because the driver side wiper was skipping like the windshield was dry during any amount of rain fall. I bought the wipers about two months ago. The two guys that were working tonight quickly looked up my car, grabbed a replacement wiper and installed it for me. Super service-a big thank you!
