Highly-skilled and honestly-priced. Solved a mystery on my vehicle for an extremely reasonable price. This is NOT one of those shops that just throws parts at the problem.

The service was prompt, professional, and incredibly honest. They took the time to explain every step of the repair process, ensuring I understood exactly what was needed and why. The prices were fair, and the work was completed efficiently. The staff’s dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction.

Dropped my car off for brakes to be changed. Was called by Keith, and was told my rotors were placed on wrong by last owner but brakes are fine. All I “needed” was transmission fluid ($230) and rear struts ($900). I said yes to transmission fluid (although I had gotten it changed under 10,000 miles ago). Asked Keith to check my ignition coils as it was having trouble starting after 5-6x of being turned on and off. Picked my car up, and it could barely start. It didn’t have this issue prior to dropping off. Explained this to Keith, and he spoke to me like I was an uneducated female. He told me to check my ignition coils, he had to turn on and off, on and off, on and off, on and off, on and off . . . And told me the battery was drained. Careless. And he got upset when I asked if the $220

Keith does a great job! The prices are fair and he is transparent about costs up front. He never pressures you into maintenance that is not needed. Most importantly, he is professional, kind, and is good at communicating what is going on with your vehicle. He remembered that I go by Katie - not Kathryn, like it says on my vehicle registration, - he takes time for his customers, and seems to genuinely and strongly care that his customers are being taken care of. He is definitely smart and knowledgeable. I trust him with my car (a big complement), and I don't see myself going anywhere else for service any time soon! I brought my car there with a bad muffler system and Keith was able to repair it right away. I was very happy with his work and he was very courteous. The price was very fair and i would recommend this repair shop to everyone.
