I occasionally shop at the Milledgeville location of Advanced Auto Parts and the salesman, Kareem was very kind and helpful.. he’s an asset to your company!!!

Today I went to this location to get a simple battery replacement, and they not only couldn’t take the terminal off the old battery post, they also managed to rip the post out of the battery. They wouldn’t even help with changing the terminal or show me any terminal options in their store. They instead insisted on me getting my vehicle towed and that there was nothing I could do except take it to a dealership. They insisted it wasn’t their fault until I brought it to another chains store and they easily helped get it out and continuously helped me with my terminal change. I have never been so upset and displeased with the customer service I was showed today. I will never be giving them my business again. I hate that I had to spend as much money as I did for a simple battery replacement wit

I came in to get some parts, and this kinda young guy with dark hair, kinda tall, with a beard, a little heavy set, that works there creeped me out and was rude. He didn't even greet me when I came in. He just said what you need in a demeaning manner. This is horrible service. Another time I came in, and he was arguing with his boss about not wanting to do something he was supposed to do. This kind of attitude doesn't help promote a good customer experience. I won't be coming here.

Great staff . Staff i spoke with was very knowledgeable. The Manager i spoke with asked to assist if I needed it. I was in store to rent a tool. All money returned. Just understand that if you rent a tool that is $300.... don't expect the poor guy in the morning to have that cash in the register. If you need your money back when they open or if you are in a rush...Most stores don't open a register with more than$100...not a big deal just call in and speak to management and kindly explain you are driving up there to return a $300 item and would be happy if they are able to accommodate you. That easy ! .
