Called up there looking for a part and not only did a fellow New Yorker Jimmy quickly look it up and go check if they had it in stock, but he also gave me some great advice on what I was working on. My review is specifically about Vina... So we showed up to advance Auto parts telling them that we needed a battery and they looked up on the system of what battery we needed and the gentleman that installed our battery was asked if our terminals were in good condition he replied yes and so we got our battery installed drove the car home went to go crank it up again and absolutely nothing happened in addition to that when he tighten the terminal on our battery it ripped it. Moments later we called back to advance Auto parts and was told by the same gentleman that the car was operating fine when we left so there was nothing he could do just completely careless to anyone's concern... I come in the next morning to buy a terminal due to him ripping my terminal that was on my battery I came in
