The guy was nice. Had what I needed. Awkward interaction after I asked if I could use a tool to switch out my tail light. I think the local autozone in my area spoiled me by lending tools when needed.

These guys are always on the top of their game. Called about an ABS sensor I couldn't find on their website. It was sitting there waiting for me. In and out in under a minute.

Mount Joy Sat 6/7 4:00pm. Went to return a part a couple hours after I bought it. Unused. Guy flat out accused me of lying after I said I didn’t use it because he obviously lacked comprehension skills and wouldn’t take the return. (Not the guy with white beard. Dealt with him several times and he’s always been great) Went to another location and the manager said they have no clue what they are doing. Pathetic. Poor customer service.

I would like to give a glowing review to a worker by the name of Samuel. Samuel went above and beyond as my car had major issues with the exhaust. He was polite, accommodating, and more than willing to help assist my vehicle’s issue.

Jim was very kind and helpful when we needed new windshield wipers. He got us a base model, as we asked for, and even installed them for us. We both appreciated the help and the fact that he didn't try to upsell us; he understood that we just needed those 2 wipers. Thanks Jim!
