Kevin was awesome! I came in not really knowing if I needed a new battery and he was able to quickly identify the issue. I was in and out within 20 minutes with a great new battery and peace of mind.
Last Saturday my car battery died. Rene checked everything out and assured us he could install the new battery. He was enthusiastic and polite, even eager to get it done for us. Once under the hood, the tight space and stubborn attachments weren’t cooperating, but that didn’t stop Rene. He persevered, conversing with us the entire time and apologized for the short delay (that had nothing to do with him.) He was professional and friendly. He should be commended for representing himself and the company very well!

Replaced my back wipers right then and there and wouldn’t let me tip!!! Great, efficient service. Will be back next time my back wiper decides to fly off, God forbid. It’s been a month or two and they have held on tight, so they must’ve done a good job! I’m not a car guy, but they have all the tools to help you find what you are looking for.
