Advance Auto Parts

In and out on an online in store pick up. Greeted as I entered had a descent line of people waiting. Staff was very nice. Once at a register gave my name and order number. He quickly grabbed my stuff and out the door I went. Always been a pleasure doing business at Advanced Auto Parts in Murphy. I honestly think they could benefit from at least a couple more staff members to help accommodate the usual line that the store has.

I have had the best customer service experience at Advanced Auto Parts in Murphy, NC. The young man, Bryce, has been very helpful on two occasions I have gone to the store and asked for help. His customer service is impeccable, he's very kind and very helpful while figuring out the needs of my vehicle are. I'm currently staying in Murphy for work, which is about 4 1/2 hours from my home. My "check engine" light came on, I went to the store and asked if they had the machine to check what the light meant. Bryce was more than willing to help and set my mind at ease; "Emissions" he said, nothing to be worried about. Our car was acting up this morning, so we rolled into Advanced and Cody took great care of us! Turned out we needed a new battery! We were in and out in 15 minutes! Excellent service, great advice, highly recommend!

Went in there multiple times last week as I just inherited some ATVs that I was unfamiliar with and needed to service. Case was there each time and he was extremely helpful. They've earned my repeat business.

Twice now on recent trips to Murphy they have had replacement motorcycle batteries we've needed in stock. This time though I not only got the battery but they also skimmed my credit card. Woke up the next day with multiple fraudulent charges on the card I only use for emergencies.
