⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (10 Stars If I Could!) Gerard’s Automotive Shop in Murphy, NC is absolutely amazing! My husband and I were traveling from GA when we broke down on the side of a busy roadway—tired, stressed, and completely discouraged. We happened to be across from a parts store and bought a battery hoping that would fix it… but it turned out to be the alternator. We were able to get the car to Brian’s shop, and even though he was extremely busy and clearly pushed to his limits, he had compassion on us because we were from out of town and worked us into his schedule. That alone meant so much—but he went even further. One of his wonderful employees drove us to our hotel and then came back to pick us up once the repairs were finished! The kindness, integrity, and customer service we experienced
Great mechanic, very honest and straightforward. He did a great job on my power steering pump and my heat system, I love how my car drives now. Driving for me is a very simple pleasure in a very complicated world.
This shop has always done me right. They always call me and let me know what the problem is before they make the repair. Make sure that I’m OK with the cost. Let me know whether it’s worth it or not. I have also recommended others to them and everyone has come back and said “thank you for the recommendation. They did a great job and they got me done quick.” Although with an automotive shop, this is not always the case and Gerard’s cannot guarantee that more than anyone else, they still have never let me down when I recommended a friend. Great team!!! I’m not That says something about a shop!!!!!
Top notch business. Had issue with my 4wd. Brian got my truck in on a busy day. Very fair price. I've used Gerard's a few times and they've always treated me well.
Great shop. Excellent mechanics and superb diagnostics! But on top of that, good honest people! We recently moved out of the area and miss this great shop and people. I will be very hard pressed to find another shop like this. Thank you Brian,Frank & crew! God bless! John 14:6
