Came in with a dead battery purchased in eustis florida and they were able to swap it out under warranty. The staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me locate my original purchase. The battery died within 6 months of purchase and had a bad cell. The store is clean and ample room in the parking lot for repairs. I’d recommend this shop when in the area for all your auto/ marine needs.

Excellent service! Stephen was wonderful and so kind. I was having an issue with my oil sensor alerting about low oil. I have an audi and needed assistance because I was unfamiliar with the car and by myself. He helped me and took care of everything. I'm from out of town and was very anxious. Highly recommend advanced auto parts.

Great experience, even though I had a faulty part. I had a defective alternator, took it back in and they replaced it and took care of me. I’ve never experienced such professional management and great staff. This was definitely a great experience and I’ll be back.

I was greeted with the door being opened for me by an employee who was also attentive and knowledgeable in what I needed and checked out by another who was just as helpful in looking up a part for me. To me this speaks volumes in staff who not only care about the job, but the customers first. I did manage to set off my wipers, brights and every other button known to my dash while /attempting to/ put on a new steering wheel cover, but that was on me. So side note: Embarrassing tussles may ensue if attempting in the parking lot and not waiting like a sane person for home.

As soon as I walked in the door customer service was asking if I needed any help. They researched the parts I was needing and helped me locate part on the shelf. When checking out they signed me up for rewards program thru my email to save me money on future purchases. In and out of there under ten minutes. Fast curtious service.
