Had a great experience at this store! Had a situation where I bought brake pads late May last year before I relocated from the military and with the move and everything going on, didn’t have a chance to get started on the project til the beginning of this year. When I finally got a chance to start I found that the original store in Virginia gave me the wrong part. I spoke to the store manager Sharon Garcia and rep Miriam Sagastume about my situation and they were able to handle my dilemma even though I was well out the window of returning. Great customer service and will definitely be coming back to do business here

Roberto has has the best customer service I have ever received within the advance auto parts stores I have have set my foot on. If the merchandise is not in stock or available at this location. He makes sure to provide assistance in making an order for me to pick up the following day. When it comes to my clients I like to make sure that my products & quality is available at the time of need & services I provide are met not just with my self but the assistance and product in stock at this store location with Sharon & her team . Y’all are the best!

I went to this autoparts and Roberto Camacho and Shanon Esquivel were so professional and nice. They charged my battery so fast and give some advices that really helps me. I recommend this autoparts.

I had a problem with a faulty gas cap I purchased a couple weeks ago. Not knowing where to turn I went back to where I made the purchase because I didn’t have anyone else to help me. I walk in and them manager Sharon assisted me in trying to rectify the issue with the gas cap . It took some time but she figured it out. I’m so thankful. She was amazingly helpful patient and kind. I felt as if I wasn’t just a customer I felt appreciated for doing business with this company.. Thank you Ms. Sharon and Roberto
