Tire Kingdom

I woke up this morning with low tire pressure in my front left tire. I instinctively went to the nearest gas station to put my own air in my tires. That alerted me that I had successfully put air enough for 32 psi. But I started driving, the psi steadily decreased so I made my way to tire kingdom at 8 AM. My vehicle was serviced by a gentleman named Degenhardt. Originally they wanted to do a patch that would be $27, but due to the placement of a pesky nail, I needed a new tire and that with a military discount came up to $165. This location is nothing but friendly, honest and a pleasure during unanticipated tough times. I greatly appreciate my service today and was out within an hour.

I love THIS Tire Kingdom!! The staff there is so awesome. Luis and Degenhardt are always so pleasant when I bring my vehicle in. It doesn't matter if I have an appointment or if I just stop by without prior notice. I feel well taken care of. I've purchased new tires, had my rear brakes replaced, and most recently, my tires were rotated. I love the level of convenience that also comes with their service because with my new tires, I received free tire rotations. Also I can have my brakes replaced for free as well ( with the cost of labor). I highly recommend this Tire Kingdom based off of my experience alone. Especially as a female! The audacity of this place to ask me to leave a google review after STEALING my wheel lock and a lug nut off each one of my tires. I went in 9/29 to get four brand new tires, paid the $1200 without hesitation and got my truck serviced. I picked the truck up close to closing time and everyone for obvious reasons was ready to close shop and go home. When I arrived home, I noticed immediately the lug nuts and my wheel lock were missing. 9/30 was my body so I dare not deal with anything like that on that particular day, plus I knew I was coming to get my oil changed. On 10/1 I returned to get my oil changed and told Lewis what had occurred, he informed me he would look for them and let me know. Lewis was unable to find them so he told me on 10/1 that he would order everything and call me once

Today I had an appointment at Tire Kingdom at this location, and I was greeted by the manager, Mason. He provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. Him and his team were very polite, friendly, and professional throughout the entire visit. If you’ve had a bad experience with other mechanics before, you will not experience that here. They truly work around your needs and do their best to provide excellent service. I highly recommend this location — 10 out of 10. By far the best Tire Kingdom I’ve visited.

Excellent service at Tire Kingdom. From the moment I arrived, I was treated very well. The staff was friendly, fast, and professional. They explained everything clearly and solved my problem without delays. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I would definitely come back and highly recommend them.
