I went into the store yesterday and was appalled at the disrespectful attitude I was given by a man who identified himself as a Manager named Steve. He acted like I was stupid because I am a woman, he repeatedly told me not to waste anymore of his time. I will be calling the corporate office to file a complaint against him . He should be FIRED!
Went in to get some oil for my friends car. They have really good deals that they run all the time. I was able to score a 5 quart container of oil and it then came with a free oil filter all for $32.00. The two young guys that helped me where fantastic and they were really helpful finding the oil filter I needed. Keep up the great work guys!!
Looked on website for a funnel for a capless gas tank said they had them and when I went there to ask what isle they were in the guy behind the counter is like we don't carry anything like that. Every time I go there or call they never carry it or they give me the wrong part half the people that work there are useless same with auto zone and pep boys
Advance always gots what i need but these employees are pissy. Got mad at a guy putting on a part in their lot. Thats part of the deal. What autoshop dont let you fix with their parts? I have swapped engines in other store locations
I went to Advance auto at 3pm and they had a sign showing they are closed till 6 what is this Spain. Hire more employees super unprofessional
