I was in need of a replacement battery during my work day. I was quickly helped with a high level of professionalism and kindness. The young man who helped me was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He switched out my battery and made sure the terminals were clean and it was properly installed. Dequan helped me with my service and was an absolute angel. He saved the day and got me back on the road quickly. I felt very confident in what was done and greatful for his knowledge. Great representative of a company.

I had been having issues with my car, my battery had died and when I replaced it my radio and running head lights were no longer operational. The guy at Walmart suggested I go for the free alternator test at advance auto. My son and I get there and explain the situation to Jose the rep/customer service person who gladly came out to help. He did the free check and said everything looks great according to the computer however there are things his computer wouldn't detect. That being said he explained a few possibilities and went on to look at both sets of fuses for me, carefully showing how to tell the difference between a working and broken one. They treat their employees with such little respect. Do not shop at this location. They had an employee who had normal feminine monthly symptoms but was throwing up along with it. Management refused to let this employee go home. Instead would rather the other employees feel uncomfortable working with such individual who is throwing up. Who wants to work along side someone who is throwing up with all that is going on in the world??? The employee standing up for this individual instead of being rewarded for his humanity was fired for standing up for what is right. Advance Auto needs to take a look at who they have running this location and re-evaluate their values and how they treat their employees.
