Please I beg everyone to stay away from this location the employees are a joke all the down to management….not worth the time that will be wasted,lack of knowledge, and overall mental disappointment….signed a long time customer who will not be returning ever!!!!! I just want to shout out a phenomenal young lady name Jasmine, she helped me with changing the bulb in my Buick Enclave, yesterday. She told me what I needed to do and assisted from beginning to end. LAZY!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! There is a white young boy (skinny) that lies about the prices of the products that can be found only behind the counter in the back he told me that something was $100 wen I ask about the price, and wen I said I still wanted it, he huff and puff and then said to another employee an older white man with straggly hair that needs attention as well… I’m ready for my BREAK… so he proceeds to bring the product up and that’s when I discover the product was less than half of what he said it was. when I go to a business establishment, I’m only there to handle my business not to deal with someone’s attitude because he or she needs a break. Great spot for the longest lasting batteries from my experience, the die hard platinums, definitely worth the price and replacement plan. I’ve only had to pay full price twice in the past 10 years. 1st one back when sears had them and only once since the die hards came back.

Went in today for a car battery. A lulittle pricey, but they were helpful in finding one for me, and also helped me to with getting an online coupon for a discount, and also gave me money back when I gave them the old battery. Satisfied customer here.
