Customer service is dead. Hire people that actually want to deal with customers. 3 employees with no customers in the store. Wasn’t greeted. That’s fine but at least acknowledge my presence as I’m checking out. Why would I give my money when I can’t even get acknowledged at all.
Extremely helpful. Tested my battery and then installed a new one for me. Also ran a diagnostic check and provided me with the error code so I could address. Great place with great people.
Website says they are open on thanksgiving store isn’t open so in my opinion that is a false advertisement
Lilly was not very helpful, tried to sell me an office tube for 47 dollar, insisting that was the correct product, when in reality, the part is only 2.34. She had no explanation as to why she insisted on selling me a part that was more than 10 times the price of factory equipment. Unacceptable. Will be taking my business to orilies.
Ivy and Antonio have very wonderful customer service very helpful and kind. Definitely need a raise. They went over and beyond to help in anyway they could. I would recommend this shop if looking for an auto parts store.
