I have been having trouble with my car recently. Thought it could be the battery. I pulled into the closest Advance Auto but there was no place to park so I decided to go to the next one. I wanted to donate clothing so I decided to do that first and pulled into where the donation drops are. I didn't realize there was an Advance Auto next door at 40 Hampton House Road in Newton, NJ. I asked if they could scan my battery. The name on the receipt is James Edsall. He was so helpful. He scanned my battery and my starter and alternator. Explained EVERYTHING and showed me the computer results. He answered all of my questions to the best of his knowledge. Didn't pressure me. He was TOTAL customer service and beyond.
