I always use this store for my auto needs. Sat in the parking lot for about 45 minutes waiting on a battery test. I needed to use the restroom and was told that I couldn't use their restroom. I had to hurry and purchase a new battery then leave to go use the restroom. Won't be back.

Terrible order pick up experience. 3 employees working and no one in the store, they acted like my arrival was an inconvenience to them. Didn’t offer to install the windshield wipers, forced the windshield wipers into my hands while I was trying to check the items they had put in a bag- just zero customer service all the way around. I’ll head to auto zone across the street in the future.

I purchased a valve cover gasket for my truck and never opened it. When removing the valve cover, to replace the VCT solenoid, the old gasket was in perfect condition, so I didn’t need the one I bought. I tried to return the gasket the next day. Their policy is even though the gasket’s box was NEVER OPENED, even with the receipt, is not returnable unless there is a warranty defect in it. So, I’m stuck with a $50 gasket I don’t need. Will definitely shop at AutoZone or O’Riely’s from now on!

Don't trust a free battery charge test. They are useless. My car had to be jumped to get it there, had a free test done, and was told the battery was fine. I go home, and before the day's over, my car's battery was dead again. Took to Pep Boys the next day and had to get the battery replaced. It was bad. Driving like a champ, now.

Julie and the whole staff were amazing helping me get a new car battery! Cant say enough great things!! In a world where bad service is normal, it was nice to have AMAZING service and care. I DEFINITELY will be back!!
