I was there today for a while because of a small issue that turned out to be much worse than I thought. The employees inside were great and willing to help me diagnose the issue. Not sure their names but the two cars outside were a Tesla and a g35 or 37. Nice people. Will be going back

Went here today for a battery installation. Darien was exceptional in his customer service, professionalism, and honesty. I spoke with the manager, regarding how pleased I was and definitely recommend this particular store in North Haven to anyone that needs honest, reliable recommendations, parts, and service.

On Sept. 12, 2025, I stopped at your store for assistance with putting oil in my car. I have a slow leak somewhere and noticed that my car was driving funny. I asked Darien (Dare) if he could show me how to check my oil. He was kind, patient, professional and personable. He not only showed me how to check my oil, he ended up checking it for me and told me exactly how much oil I needed. I appreciate Dare’s kindness and help.

This store sucks and the staff don’t help. I had to buy a new alternator for my truck, I told the guy I wanted a new alternator NOT REMANUFACTURED. He had to order a new one for me and I paid extra for the “new one”. I get it after a few days of waiting, just to put it in and it turns out it’s not testing the battery and found out it’s a remanufactured one!! Totally stupid!! I come back to store they told me they can’t do nothing but store credit for half of it. I do not recommend this store!!

I love this auto parts chain. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Usually go to Monroe location but was in North Haven and staff just as Excellent
