Hello, I just have one complaint about the woman working the first shift. She's rude and treats people very poorly. She should be fired because as a customer service representative, she's a terrible employee. I'm going to file a complaint with your company because this isn't the first time she's treated me like this, as if I were something strange. You shouldn't have this type of person working in customer service. I'm also complaining because every time I go, she treats me terribly. If you don't take action regarding this woman's behavior, I'll file a complaint to have her removed. I've been a customer for years, and no one has ever treated me the way this woman has, and I haven't seen it with other people either. Extremely helpful!! Gave me great suggestions on how best to purchase for my current needs today and save ahead. They also installed a new battery, wipers and fluids no extra charges. I truly appreciate all their guidance, patience, kindness, time and service. Won’t shop anywhere else!! I bought a battery at another location & the guy was just very unhelpful & rushing me out the store saying they don’t do installations. I then came to this location & both employees were very nice, & the gentleman who installed my battery did it in less than 5 minutes. I know which location I will be coming back to!
