Great customer service. Stopped here to ask if someone could look at my tires as I had a Tom's sensor low. Directed me to the correct overhead door where a very nice young man offered to help and proceeded to get me taken care of. When I asked what I owed he told me to have a nice day. I later learned that in CT all filling stations are required to offer free air. But this was a garage. Great customer relations. If ya need some work done, stop in give them a chance to make your ride right.

I have only come to the garage for emissions testing, but they are always great! They are friendly to me as well as every customer who comes in and out while I am there. It seems they have a lot of repeat customers and I can see why. The waiting area is large with beautiful fish. I hope I don’t need them, but if my car needs work, I feel confident that I would be in good hands!

I really appreciated how cautious they are with my car! I came in for JUST an oil change but they looked at so much for me! Although much of what they told me appeared to be in good condition, they captured my attention and made sure I got a second opinion. They inspected so much in just an hour AND changed my oil, and even checked my flywheel for free! The flywheel is located in between the engine and transmission so they must have dropped one of those to fully inspect it (see attached diagram). Again, how they did all of that in one hour is a miracle. I was told that my oil pan was bad and severely leaking and this prompted me to keep an eye on my oil levels. Easy online appointment booking. Great customer service over the phone. Resolved a reoccurring problem we’ve been having fixed over and over again for years at another shop the first time around. Quick turnaround. We will be back!

I have had to find a new garage for service of my vehicle and I chose Rose Brothers Garage in North Windham. I have been there so far twice and both times I have been greeted by friendly people very considerate and I am looking to have this be my long-term garage.
