My "Go To" Automotive supply store! Excellent customer service at the Oberlin, OH Advance Auto Parts. Had a bad battery and without hesitation, David (Team Member) replaced it and was very courteous. This was not my only time where I've experienced this level of customer service from this store and I will always go back!

I have found my go to for auto parts; even if I have to drive over 30 minutes from home. I was in the area & just bought a new car. It was raining and the manufactured wiper blades were junk so I stopped in. Fully expecting to be ignored or treated like I’m dumb because I’m a woman alone in an auto parts store, but I was shocked when I was greeted the moment I stepped through the door. The man asked me what I was looking for and came out from behind the counter to not only show me direct to where I was going but also helped me find what I needed. I went to check out and thought my excellent customer service ended there but to my surprise, he came out and installed them on my car in the rain! I’ve never had another auto parts store do this for me and he told me they do instant installs on b
I was here last week and the guys were so HELPFUL. A. A.RON (LOL) Came outside to help put in my headlight for me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased the headlight in elyria but they didnt help me with anything but between that purchase and me needing to purchase another bulb for my rear light. He was able to come out and help.
