Oberlin Laser Wash

I’ve been coming here for years and will still be going, but I saw no way to contact them so I can only give 3 stars. Swiped my card in the DIY wash lane and it charged me $10 bucks for maybe 6 minutes. Super steep and I don’t remember being charged anywhere near that before when using card. Pretty obvious now they prefer cash.

As with all touch less automatics, it doesn't get all the dirt, but it does a good job. So to get a great wash, I go into a stall and wet down my vehicle, then use the foaming brush to do a deep clean. Before even rinsing the vehicle I take it through the automatic. So for $17 total, my truck looks great.

Stopped here today for a car wash. Swiped my card and the transaction went through. When it was my turn to enter the wash, the green light wasn’t on… I tried entering to see if the light was burnt out, and it didn’t work. I backed my car out to talk with the owner who was already standing there. Before I could say anything he told me the card must not have read. I showed him the transaction was pending at my bank (pulled the transaction up on my phone). He proceeded to argue with me and tell me I needed to swipe again and come back to get a refund if the first transaction went through. When I requested to just cancel, he told me he couldn’t. When I asked for a phone number to call and request a refund when the transaction moves out of pending at my bank, he gave me a free wash… It’s a

Best do it yourself car wash I have ever been too! I can go in and soap injection is the best I have ever experienced and only spend $12 doing the wash and my car comes out looking great with no film on it and I didnt even have to brush it to get the film off. Not sure what kind of soap the owner uses but it is definetley great stuff! Will not go to any other one besides this one now!

AWFUL! Infuriated! $10 is the cheapest wash, which is outrageous compared to other car washes that charge $6. Not only is the price a rip off, but it didn't even reach the bottom half of one side of my car, nor the wheels! I had to literally go wash the whole area by hand that it didn't touch. I am actually shocked, because I have never been through a worse automatic car wash than this one. Beware!
