I called them and went thinking I may need a new battery for my car. Cody, from the moment I called, to helping me at the store was so kind and treated me as if I were a long time customer. It turned out, I didn’t need a new battery but he offered to spray the terminals and advised how to clean it. When the time comes to get a new battery, I know where I’ll be going.

Thanks so much to the guys at Advance Auto Parts for their great advice and help sorting out a dead battery problem. We really felt like we were in good hands; they obviously were very knowledgeable and offered great suggestions about how to solve the problems we were facing on such a cold weekend.

Advanced at a different location installed windshield wipers about 3 weeks ago. But must not have been installed correctly They both flew off while driving on the highway Rich at the Oconomowoc branch took care of me expeditiously and at no charge Thank you Rich for your prompt attention And great customer service

I called Advanced Auto Parts in Oconomowoc WI because I had used car oil and a battery to dispose of. Due to the amount of car oil I had Rich advised me to go to the city recycling center to drop it off for free. I then came to the store to drop off the car battery. They helped me bring it inside and gave me my refund. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. It is always a great experience when I come to this store.

Bought 2 new batteries from them and within a year both had stopped working will be going elsewhere for auto parts
