Hit a deer on my way to work early this morning. Before I knew it or even called anyone, a tow truck pulled up behind me and a man named Rob from Silver Lake Auto and Tire came out to check on me. I was trying to get a hold of my insurance and asked if he would wait before towing me. He ended up waiting probably over 20 minutes before I got the green light for him to tow my truck. He was fast, super kind, and went out of his way to help me this morning. Top notch guy and if he is a representation of this business as a whole, you will be taken care of! Thanks, Rob!

They got my car in right away and quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it the same day. Tyler Peartree was great to work with, kept me up to date on the status of my repairs, honestly he made it an amazing experience. Highly recommend!

Silver Lake Auto has been amazing to work with! They towed my husband’s truck and were kind and friendly. Because of this, I then took my car to get fixed when my engine light was on. They were up front with the price and what needed to be done. All employees were very helpful!

So I called and spoke to Tyler and told him the issues. Took the car the next day called me and told me exactly what the car needs..The part for the heat was warranted by the dealer.
