We stopped in to this store, which is not our typical store to shop at but we were in the area to see our mechanic and needed a quick return. Let me tell you, We had a wonderful expierence with John D. Who helped us at the counter! Not only did he resolve our problem that was a little tricky, he also made us laugh and was so personable! This is what customer service is about! If you need anything at all John is your guy! Give this man a raise!!

I had to come back to the store about five times today for a project, and every single time the staff was incredibly friendly and patient. A special shout-out to Ashley who was a huge help and provided outstanding service. I highly recommend this location for their consistently excellent customer support!

It’s a parts store. It has what you need when you need it. Prices are high and there are others places to get stuff if you can wait but if you need it now it’s a great place to go! Staff is mostly nice and helpful.

This Advanced Auto is useless you might as well pass it up and drive straight to Irondequoit nine times out of 10 they don't have what you need even basic needs like transmission fluid washer fluid headlight they never have it in stock don't waste your time stopping they might as well put a sign on the door saying whatever you need we don't have it in stock

Decent workers got me correct part / and let me use the tools cart they have for free to fix my car in parking lot . I'm very appreciative. They also took couple % off on the part so that's a bonus.
