Wow, just wow! Our friend, who was on the way for a weekend vacation, broke down a short distance away from your store. Walked to your store, figured out the problem with the help of the salesman, borrowed tools and fixed his truck. Big shout out to the gentleman who helped our friend! Great customer service is often overlooked so I wanted to say thank you from our friend!

I normally do minor car repairs but asked if they could install the battery that I just purchased. They reformed the battery swap with ease, they took the core, and I drove off with a new battery.

Went in to get a small replacement bulb for my dash, and the incompetent clerk lost the colored cap that I had for it because he was too busy huffing on a vape. He was totally unconcerned about it. Then he had the nerve to try to sell me another one (they didn't even have the part) when he was the reason I didn't have it any more. You don't get to try and profit off of your own stupidity and incompetence, that's not how this works. I'm not going back. Edit: "We hope you would be willing to shop at one of our Advance Auto Parts locations moving forward." No, I would not be. You're not concerned your clerk screwed me over, you're only concerned that you're going to lose future revenue. The nerve you have. What a garbage company.
