Customer service could be friendlier, but they did a great job helping me with my dead battery

There was a tall- dark skinned man named Mr. Will, O believe. I can't speak for any other employees m, but he went above and far beyond ANY person I have encountered. Hardly anyone is proactive in this day and age. I can attest that you definitely have an asset.

I truly appreciate the service provided to me by Lou at the Overland, Mo location on Page Ave. I came into needing to purchase a battery. Lou not only was patient with me but he was very informative with providing me the details of my battery’s performance. Lou also was able to install my battery for me and ensured my car would start. I’m so grateful to be able to have employees like him in my community. Thank you so much!

I went in to get assistance and was assisted by the manager Will Banks. He went above and beyond and I able to get everything I needed. Great experience with this store.
