They looked up my battery, discussed my options, informed me of the importance of a needed add on, and changed my battery out for me all in less than 30 minutes. AND no one talked down to me because I am a woman. Very happy with my purchase and their service.

Always friendly staff, informative and I've never had someone try selling me on more expensive items. I bought windshield wipers today and the cheaper ones were recommended along with the costlier ones. But the cheaper of the two, I was told were just as good and cost saving.

They recommend only what I need. Why can't every auto parts store do that?

Line was long for waiting inside. There were two staff members working and at least 7 customers so that left several people waiting to check out or to get any questions answered. Overall the store is nice but the wait time was longer than other competitors.

Advance is where I start when I'm looking for something I can't wait days for. It's my go-to for most automotive accessories, cleaning supplies, and specialty tools. The customer service is pretty much always great. The staff has always been helpful when I've been there. I have also had a commercial account with them.
