I was recently in Advance Auto parts and I just want to praise the manager Hancel as he was super helpful! I was impressed with his knowledge and helping me get the items I needed for my car! I will definitely be back!
Literally sucks when I call and no answer after 2 minutes of ringing . Just as bad as O'Reilly's AD ANCE AUTO PARTS SUCKS ; Update on 3/11/25 the district manager called me , he wasnt helpful at all trying to protect like GRANT didn't do anything wrong. Piss on them .....
Excellent service from everyone inside! Friendly and informative, store is well maintained, and they have great assistance tools for car novices!
Two guys working just chatting someone up while I waited for help for 20 mins. Horrible service and even worse employees. Won't be returning.
