They ran a diagnostic for my battery, my starter and my alternator yesterday. I was pleased with the service I received. However, they did not have the machine available to do a full diagnostic on my engine because I do have a check engine light on. However, I've always found the store to be quite friendly. I've gone there in the past for various items, their pricing I think maybe just a little bit higher than AutoZone, but I would definitely go there for the location, convenience, and the friendly service

On Saturday evening around 8 PM, my car battery was not working and needed to be replaced, leaving me unable to use my car. Adrian and Elias came to help despite it being late in the evening, and they truly saved the situation. Adrian quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the battery, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. What really stood out to me was how responsible and thorough he was - he didn’t rush the job and stayed until he confirmed the car was running perfectly. Thanks to their help, I am able to use my car again and continue driving throughout the weekend without any problems. The stuff is very helpful, but they have wrong inventory. I drove all the way down to this location because I checked on their website. They have the part what I need on the system but when I went, they say it’s wrong in inventory.

If I could give a zero stars I will. The store plus corporate are not willing to work with customers. After less than an hour of a purchase, went back to do a return the manager refused. Called corporate for a solution but they were not help either. Avoid this place as much as you can. They give you false information.

2nd time there in 1 week both times helped out by Angel i think his name was. Excellent service as a business owner myself i know its important to acknowledge a great staff. Keep up the good work. He was so good i even took the warranties ill probably never use 😆
