Zac N. was a fantastic help. I had my battery changed at a competitor store and was having starting issues. I came by on my way to work and he quickly identified that the terminal was loose and tightened it for me at no charge. I’ll only be going to Advance for now on!!

My driver side wheel bearing needed to be replaced. I ordered my part from Advance. Mind you this is two days before the ice storm everyone is preparing for. The mechanic calls me as my car is disassembled and tells me this is the wrong wheel bearing. I go back to advance to get the correct part. I get it back to the mechanic. This is also the incorrect part.. Day of ice storm I rush into Advance Auto in Pelham on Pelham Parkway, Zach and JT took an impossible situation and turned it into a pleasant experience. These guys were so on top of things, knew how to handle my situation and got me the correct part, returned the other. I cannot say enough about these guys. professional, great customer service, and very knowledgeable. I would give these two guys 10 stars if I could

Had a great experience at the store in Pelham. Unfortunately, the recent cold weather killed our battery but Chip Yarbrough was able to give us a good deal on a new one. He installed it and had us on our way in no time.

Two thumbs up for Carrie! I came in to the store today looking for a replacement battery for my keyless entry remote on my Honda Accord. Carrie jumped right in there unscrewing the tiniest of screws with the smallest of screwdrivers I’ve ever seen ! She got my key open just like that and found what battery I needed and replaced it! She did it so quickly it was almost like surgery! I truly was fortunate that I got Carrie to help me! Very motivated person. I’ll be back to this Advance Auto every chance I get instead of stopping in at other stores. Thank you Carrie!!!

Went in tonight bc I was in a bind and needed a battery for my work truck. Guy at the counter playing on his phone said he wouldn’t bc it was too cold outside. Hey buddy. Maybe not wear shorts to work when it’s cold outside. Went down the street to Oreilys and the young man said “sure, that won’t be a problem” I bought the expensive battery and gave him a fat tip for installing it in the cold. Won’t be going back to that advanced location again.
