Advance Auto Parts

I haven't bought much from Advance Auto in several years.But here lately I did and bought Booster cables,and a thermostate.Neither did i need due to the fact my friend brought me my heavy duty cables,to me.The thermostat and gasket I returned while I paid cash.My friend had ordered my parts from Auto Zone,.So I was told by the guy (employee) at Advance Auto I couldn't return either for some reason.I asked to speak to a higher up and was turned down.Again i asked for a reason with no answer to my question.Except he doesnt know.Btw,.These parts didnt even make it out of the packs.And paid cash for.I,m very upset.!!I will not buy anything ever from this store and I will tell everyone I know never to either.If that employee needs the sales put him in a higher profitable store.Or get rid of h

You all had one person working in the entire store and a customer with a difficult return/exchange held the line up for 30 minutes. I watched 3 other people walk out before I did before I promptly went to oreilleys where they had ample staff and was in and out in 5 minutes. Quit understaffing your stores or continue to lose business.

Love this place! My car battery has died a few times so came to have them do a free test. Tested good and told me maybe not running it long enough after jump! I love they didn’t try to sell Me a new battery but showed me what the test said! Can’t beat honest professionals!! Thank you Advance Auto

Whenever I need auto parts and/or supplies, I rely on my local Advanced Auto store, where I am always greeted, appreciated, and helped with my needs.

Had the parts I was needing for my moms truck and helped me order the parts I need for my car very professional and helpful staff not bad prices for the economy
