Trucker here… offload was at 6:30AM. Hand offload 600 tires floor loaded 3 hrs that sounds about right it’s not too bad but I understand if your offload time is like 11am and it takes 3 hrs to offload but that’s why you need to ask a lot of $$$ and stop booking cheap freight you dumb A$$
4 and 1/2 hours to unload. I understand that hand unloads take time but that was excessive. No more tire loads for me
There is no place to park on the street over there there is a small truck stop a pilot but it's pretty full down the street
Very poor customer service,put in application and over 14 days have went by and I have called 5 times and nobody still has taken the time to set up my account.Very poor at setting up new customer accounts
How about staying open until noon on Saturday...no one at the Piney Flats TN facility at 11:45am on 12/28/19, costing my dealer $$$
