Carl, who answered my phone call when most places were closed b/c of icy roads, said he could help me get correct low beam bulb for my moms car. He met me outside, popped hood and checked beams in order to determine how to get me the correct bulb. Grateful for his friendly efficient help.

I rarely have the opportunity to write a positive review for a company or sales person but today was different. My vehicle failed the NC Inspection due to a parking light being out. I had the pleasure of having Matthew as my sales associate. Not only did he quickly locate the type of bulb I needed but he offered to put it in. How refreshing to to meet conscientious, caring knowledgeable people that go above and beyond! He replaced my bulb and with purchase and his time spent to replace it, I was on my way within 10 minutes. Thank you Matthew for your quick, courteous, kind service!

Got there right before closing because my boyfriends car had a flat and we needed a Jack. I ended up locking my keys in the car and Olivia and Angie (god bless them) helped us find options for locksmiths and were so helpful and kind. Wish I could leave a six star review

in 2014 I was too sick to change the battery and we brought it in and the fellow wound up cutting the cables. Said he couldn't get them off the terminals but I had put the old battery on myself I'm not saying
