Walked in, saw the old guys behind the counter and felt like I was visiting my father-in-law! They knew what we needed and was able to trade out the wrong part given to us by the Waterville store. A great, tucked away treasure!

The employees could not be better at The Pittsfield, Maine branch. Answered all of my questions with patience A special Thank you Mike for your kindness that even my auto mechanic would not offer me. I really didn't intend to impose upon you when I asked if you had a screw that could replace the battery terminal rusted screw. To find out it was not a simple matter. I'll never forget your kindness.
This store has a large selection and is well laid out. The staff is very helpful. I asked them a question and they said, "Lets go have a look at your vehicle and make sure get the right part." I will definitely visit this store again.
I’ve only been here a handful of times and everyone working there was very kind and helpful. The prices are fair too!
