Prompt, reliable and especially knowledgeable, they arrived to the rescue and helped me and my family through an unexpected situation. J Roberts, I can't say enough good things about Nick. I broke down on a busy road right on a sharp corner. I called Nick and as I was explaining the situation, he was literally walking to his truck as he spoke to me. He got to me quicker than I would have thought possible. He was courteous to a fault even while dealing with a dangerous corner and heavy traffic while hitching up my vehicle. This was all done for a very reasonable price. Great Guy Great Service!!!

Cannot speak highly enough of this business! Our daughter got stuck and while my husband was in route to see if he could get her out. Nick stopped and offered to go get his flatbed to pull her out, not asking for payment. Mind you many people drove by and no one stopped to offer help or see if she was okay. This is above and beyond and not the norm anymore for this kind of service and kindness he extended. We now have a business card, will be providing their contact info to anyone who may ask. We can’t thank you enough.

I cannot say enough good things about this towing company. Nick, the owner, came out at 10:30 at night on a brutally cold -20° night without hesitation and treated the situation with urgency and professionalism. He kept me posted the entire way too! Thanks Nick!

We're on a road trip from NY - we've hit a lot of construction around the Massachusetts and Maine highways - About 35 miles from Bangor, the tire pressure on one of our vehicle tires starts going down. We made it to a gas station -my husband had just gotten the spare tire off his truck and Nick shows up and asks if we would like to use his jack- my husband asked him if he had a plug for the tire and Nick did so he took the flat tire off and put a plug in the tire- added the air and we were on our way again!! We hadn't called for assistance, Nick happened to be in the area and saw that we may need assistance! I refer to him as the rescue angel!! Thank you again Nick!! I would highly recommend Nick & Son Towing for all your needs!!
