Received terrible customer service upon entering the store close to closing. Employee was visibly irritated I entered the store in which he deliberately made me stand waiting at the register awkwardly while he mopped 3 feet away. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience just to check out one item that I had quickly got. With many options of car part stores in this area I highly recommend choosing other stores that don't disregard their customers as a mere inconvenience.
This place truly exceeds the meaning of customer service and will go above and beyond service and I seen that demonstrated first hand tonight! I would like to publicly thank Matt for his willingness to go above and beyond d his job duties to help me . Thank you again Matt . You are awesome and Advanced Auto is lucky to have an employee such as yourself🙏🤝
they had the window repair kit i wanted on clearance for 3 dollars here! i ended up getting 2 of them
"A crush washer? What's that?" Ffs, you're an automotive store that seems to only specialize in oil and air filters and you didn't know what a crush washer was?
Only ones in town that carried the transfer case auto shift that I needed for my truck.
