Bob was the gentleman who helped us the most. He didn’t rush us, he was extremely helpful. Everyone in their dealership was super nice and friendly.

I would not recommend buying a used car from this dealership. If you do, please have a third party inspect the vehicle. We wanted to purchase from a dealer because we felt they would check over the car when it came in and make sure it is safe to drive. Within a day of purchasing it there was a burning plastic smell coming from the vents, the check engine light came on and the car was having troubles starting up. They did tell us to bring it in and found out the battery was bad. They did replace the battery. We were told to bring it back in to get the burning smell checked out. When we arrived we were told they didn't have time and we would have to wait a week. Poor communication skills between employees there. Then we were told the next day they would look at it. They clamped a loose hose

I asked to come view a vehicle. The representative saved me a time slot and assured me the vehicle would be ready. I had a check made out and was dropped off figuring I would be purchasing a vehicle. Unfortunately they were lying simply trying to get me in the shop. I showed on time but the vehicle I went to see wasn't there. Turns out the vehicle was still in transit and I was left stranded. Poorly managed, unprofessional and clearly unaware of what vehicles are in stock.

Dealing with them has been the worst experience in truck buying. The service department is no better! Bob the salesman just hung up on me when I asked about my deposit they failed to return to me for a truck that was sold. He needed the deposit to secure the truck, then let me know it was sold but he found me another one 2000 higher. Picked up my car from the service department after two separate occasions in the last few weeks and my child was stranded on the side of the road within minutes. I would never recommend anyone buy or get your car fixed here. Still waiting on my deposit and no faith in driving the serviced car to a reputable dealer to trade in. Zero stars!!!!!!!!!!
