Advance Auto Parts

I placed an online order for some gaskets and a set of bolts and nuts for my exhaust system to be picked up at this location. It was ready within a few minutes and when I got to the store I was actually greeted by the man at the front counter, which is unusual in my experience. He was very courteous and helpful and went to the back of the store to retrieve my order right away. I signed for the items and was on my way with a thank you to the Advance employee for a job well done.

Went into Advanced auto to drop off some used motor oil. They refused to take the oil because they said the oil container was full. They are required by law to take the oil. They gave me attitude when I pointed that out. They could have put the oil aside till they had the container emptied. They lost my business over this.

The man behind the counter was very knowledgeable AND helpful. Highly recommended!

1) Wasn't sure if I needed a battery for my car, asked if I could return it if I didn't use it. 2) 14 hours later went to return it, store told me to return it at warehouse. Warehouse told me they didn't have enough cash. Young bald employee gave me serious attitude back at the store. Said the receipt was "broken" so I needed an ID to return. 3) Came back next day. Went to return, was given $129.99 because "that's what the computer said" even though my receipt said $161.49. Guy says the computers right and my receipt is wrong. Manager comes over, gives me attitude. Says I'm not allowed to return electronics. Original cashier insisting that I'm only supposed to get 129 back. Manager figured out I was overcharged in the first place and gave me the full refund. Not sure why everyone worki
