They have a large inventory. Bigger then most. But hardly any of it is on the show room floor. Gotta ask the counter workers if you cant find stuff. They also put motocraft coolant behind the counter so you wont see it. But all in all I havent had a bad experiance with them or there parts

Terrible place. They sold me a battery that was 15 months old and I was told they were going to junk at 18 months. I only had the battery for 4 months. It was a piece of crap. I will never make another purchase there. Buyer beware. Only giving one star because I wasn't given the option of leaving -0.

I was traveling through Idaho on my motorcycle headed to Montana, I lost power to the bike, which has happened before on a previous battery and stopped in Pocatello, ID for the night, I went in to the store Sun morning and Roger provided me with great customer service! I had a warranty on my current battery, he swapped me out w/a new battery and I was back on the road w/in 30min! No hassel, no questions asked, just great conversation about riding motorcycles! Thank you again Mr. Roger, you helped me out tremendously during my time in need! Side note, I made it up to Montana and back home safely to San Diego, CA! Thanks again sir!

First rate. Seth was great. Exceptional person and very helpful. He did a great job replacing my battery. Another co worker came out to see if he needed help. Which he didn't but this demonstrates great team work. This is why I keep going back . Thanks guys
