Do not goto this location .. this Old man in there got an attitude everytime someone come in there .. I came in for something and the old man said it was too dark to help me ..and it was 8 oclock then he locked the door and they close at 9.. I will be contacting corporate.. this is the closest advance auto part near my house and im tired of the horrible customer service.. if you dont like working then stay home, and most importantly if your not a people person then dont work in retail or a job that requires you to gave decent customer service .. get out the way ..someone else need that job

Horrible service, I arrived as the store was closing.the door was locked and a young man informed me they are closed.all I ask him through the locked door was could I just pour this old oil in the recycling bin.thats when the problem started...the old short man, who obviously felt he was a big tough guy walked up to the glass door and pointed at the sign that displayed store hours.and yelling at me ask if I could read that.then said that's right we are closed! Obvious advanced auto parts doesn't care what this guy does..after reading several poor reviews..you never know who your speaking to when acting this way..to the jerk at this store. Good luck

Advance Auto Parts at 6395 Hiram Douglas has the worst customer service I’ve experienced in the last decade. Their staff seems more focused on proving the customer wrong than resolving issues, making for an incredibly frustrating and unpleasant experience. I purchased a $300 battery from this location a year ago, which came with a three-year warranty. Over the weekend, my car started emitting a strong rotten egg smell. My mechanic confirmed it was a battery issue and advised me to get a replacement under the warranty. However, returning the battery turned into a nightmare. An older gentleman tested the battery (standard procedure) and claimed it was slightly overcharged but still capable of holding a charge, so he couldn’t exchange it. Ms Holly and Mr Patrick both assisted me with everything that I need. They also made sure that I was taken care of and gave great recommendations. They help me install my battery and took their time. They treated me like family Advanced Auto Parts you now have a client for life thank you so much for Having an amazing staff at this location I’m almost in tears posting this because not a lot of good people are still out there

Be careful of Willie when you shop there.. I have worked retail for 20+ years in management and at the district level.. Worst experience in a store i ever had. 1) Couldn't figure out how to process an EGift card at the register. 2) After I placed an order with the gift card on-line while I was at the register, the cashier picked the order and printed the receipts. Push em in front of me and said you owe us "x" dollars.. (the register went from order ready to Order Picked and completd) i said, no.. I paid for it already, He continued to argue that i didnt pay for it. I showed him the emails. I paid for it with a gift card, had all the emails telling me it was completed. (All timestamps while i was standing at the register) Then get goes back in looks at the order again and says "Y
